To apply for a Kroc Center membership, you can visit the Kroc Center’s Welcome Desk or complete the online application. You can also download a membership application from the Kroc Center website. After submitting your application, a Kroc Attendant will provide you with additional information and set up your monthly or annual membership payments. Once your membership is activated, you will be provided with details on your one-year membership benefits.

Membership Benefits

Kroc Center memberships offer a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance your overall well-being. These benefits include access to a wide range of facilities and programs, fostering a holistic approach to health, fitness, and personal growth. Members enjoy access to the Aquatic Center, Fitness Center, Gym, Recreation Fields, Game Room, Esports Lounge, and common areas during scheduled hours. Complimentary use of day lockers and athletic equipment, such as volleyballs and basketballs, is also included. Additionally, members receive a 10% discount on most Kroc Programs.

The Kroc Center prioritizes the well-being of children, offering a safe and supervised environment through its Child Watch program. This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis for children aged 6 months to 7 years. There is a 2-hour limit per child per day and a 10-hour maximum per week. This program provides peace of mind for parents while they participate in activities within the facility.

Membership Fees and Payment Options

The Kroc Center offers a variety of membership options to suit individual needs and preferences. The standard membership packages are subject to a one-time registration fee of $75.00, payable at the time of membership purchase. If a membership lapses due to nonpayment or other circumstances, a new registration fee may be required upon renewal. Some special packages, such as Corporate plans and Scholarships, may have different fee structures.

The Kroc Center accepts a variety of payment methods, including cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. The Kroc Center reserves the right to adjust schedules, pricing, programming, and guidelines. When modifying membership status, additional fees may apply. The Family Membership Plan encompasses two adults and up to four youths. An additional fee of $10 per month is applicable for each subsequent member.

Kroc Center Scholarship Program

The Kroc Center recognizes the importance of inclusivity and accessibility, offering a scholarship program to provide financial assistance to low-income individuals and families. This program aims to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the Kroc Center’s diverse offerings. The scholarship program provides a discount of up to 50% on monthly membership fees, based on income eligibility. The Kroc Center offers instant approval for those who qualify.

Additionally, the Kroc Center provides membership financial assistance through its Corporate Membership Program. This program offers discounts to local organizations, enabling them to provide their employees with access to the Kroc Center’s facilities and programs. Membership Cancellation

The Kroc Center understands that circumstances may arise necessitating the cancellation of a membership. Members have two convenient options for canceling their membership⁚ They can cancel their autopay online through the MyKroc platform by logging into their account, navigating to “My Membership,” and clicking “Turn Off Autopay.” Alternatively, members can complete a cancellation form at the Kroc Center’s front desk. To prevent further charges, members must either stop their autopay online via MyKroc or submit a written cancellation request no later than the 10th day of the month preceding the desired cancellation date.

For cancellations at the Dayton Kroc Center, members are encouraged to complete the membership cancellation form and submit it by the 10th of the month to avoid further charges.
