I spent the day in placement yesterday with a very slight irritating cough.
When I got home I started to feel rotten and ended up going to bed just before 10.
When I woke up this morning I felt like death warmed up.
Aches
Shivers
Hacking cough
Streaming eyes
Congestion

It has only got worse throughout the day.
My cheeks are now burning and my temperature is creeping up.

I have resigned myself to the fact that I will be sleeping on the sofa tonight as I can’t risk Ian catching this!
With his medications, he has a surpressed immune system and this will knock him really badly.

Don’t think my hips will thank me in the morning.
