So, 4 days into the new year and I’ve been easing myself gently into the whole ‘new me’ thing this year.
The aim is to do between 5000 and 10000 steps a day and so far I’ve managed 3 out of 4 days with a total of 39934 steps, which is equivalent to 31.32 kilometers.
The diet and less drinking hasn’t started yet though.
I’m saving that one for Monday. Don’t want the body to go into shock!
So this weekend will be tying up loose ends in my PAD and skills documents ready for my final interview, making sure I make my minimum step quota each day and preparing for a healthier start on Monday.
