OK, I’ve just been to see ‘Solo’ and without giving away any spoilers, here are my initial thoughts.

I’m struggling to be really enthusiastic about ‘Solo’.
It’s not a bad film.
Alden Ehrenreich is ‘not bad’ as Solo.
You really can’t go wrong with Chewie.
Lando and the Falcon were brilliant but the film as a whole was missing something.
It just didn’t feel like a Star Wars film.

Rogue one hit the nail on the head, solo missed the nail and hit the thumb.
