Dharma finally made it home just before 5pm.
When Mr Rogers got off the coach he looked absolutely exhausted and could barely talk because he was losing his voice.
Dharma said he was mad!!
He had them singing Xmas songs on the coach on the way home.
They were all issued with computer disks before they left the bus.
This contained the 1200 photos that had been taken over the week!!.
Anyway, we arrived home to see Nana and Papa for a while.
Then it was time to unpack.
What an experience that was.
To be fair, she had kept things pretty well organised and the items that had gotten extremely muddy were in a plastic bag.
The only problem was that they stunk and made everything else damp and smelly too.
The muddy stuff is currently on it’s second go through the washing machine and the water STILL looks like coffee.
I think the tracksuit bottoms will survive because they are black (I know it doesn’t look like it in the photo) but I’m not holding out much hope for the pale pink T-shirt.
Poor Dharma is so exhausted she’s just taken a bath and gone to bed.
Murron and Marjorie are at their Friday night clubs and won’t be home for another hour or two.
Ian is on nights for the next two nights.
I am going to shut the downstairs windows and head off to bed.
I need an early night because I’m taking Dad into hospital for 07:30 in the morning.
He’s having a hip replaced and he’s absolutely bricking himself at the moment.
After that I have nothing to do except enjoy the sun.
The house is spotless.
I did the gardening yesterday.
We have a new BBQ to try out on Sunday.
Apart from worrying about Dad, it’s going to be a good weekend.
